Welcome to ReWorth ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the ReWorth mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

ReWorth is designed to help you quantify item value and optimize your spending habits. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the App.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

ReWorth offers optional premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions ("Pro") and one-time purchases ("Lifetime").

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
• Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

3. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the ReWorth team and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

4. User Data and Content

You retain all rights to the data you enter into the App. We do not claim ownership over your personal financial data. Your data is stored locally on your device and may be synced via your personal iCloud account if enabled. We do not have access to your personal financial data.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the App or the information, content, or materials included therein.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ReWorth, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
